Position Summary: The Manager, Field Service engineering has safety, employee, customer satisfaction, and business/financial responsibilities. This position manages the daily activities of the field service engineering group, by taking care of customer needs and managing Service engineers in a manner that makes the Service Department profitable and efficient. This position handles and resolves issues, problems, and complaints. This position must be a resource to customer inquiries.
