Field Reimbursement managers act as the subject matter experts in compliantly educating healthcare provider (HCP) staff on Customer Support Programs while addressing patient-specific reimbursement and access needs. The FRM builds and maintains professional relationships with key account contacts in an assigned geography. FRMs must work seamlessly and compliantly in coordination with all customer support services, specialty pharmacies, and other field teams while supporting patient access. Field Reimbursement Managers are seen as strong individual contributors displaying leadership skills contributing to business impact with peers and customers. FRMs specific responsibilities include:

As required by law,Bausch Health provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in the US. Actual compensation is influenced by many factors including skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For this role, the range of starting pay for this role is$134-160k.
