Job Description
The Manager, Field Planning & Analytics (Immunology) is a role which will aid in facilitating and leading the collaboration efforts needed for supporting the Immunology organization. This role manages the support team and executes appropriate communications to our vertical/sales colleagues, as well as BTS and support teams, along with continuously contributing creative ideas. Also, this role is responsible for acting as liaison between Franchise Teams, Commercial Operations, Center of Excellence, IT, Training, OEC, and Legal, and will influences cross-functional teams to create and manage our pre-call planning tool Curo.
The position is a part of the Field Planning & Analytics Team which drives field force effectiveness by optimizing our sales force size and structure, ensuring our IC designs are driving the right behavior, and ensuring our call plans, field tools and operations provide our field teams with what they need to drive the business in their markets. This position reports into Associate Director, Field Tools.
This is a hybrid position and requires the ability to commute to our Florham Park, NJ office location as least 3 days per week.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Companybelieves ingood faith it will pay for this role at the timeof this posting based on the job grade for this position.Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, andwemay ultimatelypay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in thefuture.Salary: $106,500 - $202,500
