Job description

Our company

At Teradata, we believe that people thrive when empowered with better information. Teradata Autonomous Knowledge Platform activates enterprise intelligence by unifying data, knowledge and business context to achieve tangible outcomes. With Teradata, organizations can provide agents with full context for impact when it matters. Our solution lets businesses connect and scale on premises, in the cloud, or through a hybrid approach. Teradata delivers real business value with AI.

What You'll Do

Teradata is looking for a Manager, Field Marketing primarily focused on Latin America (LATAM), with additional responsibility for supporting North American markets (USA and Canada). This role will work directly with the LATAM sales teams and will carry a pipeline generation target. The role will execute high-impact ABM and demand generation programs that accelerate the sales cycle, generate net new pipeline, and strengthen customer preference for Teradata's solutions.

This is a hands-on execution role with the expectation to partner with key stakeholders to develop marketing plans aligned to business priorities across a diverse, multi-market geography. The ideal candidate understands both direct and indirect sales environments and can adapt programs accordingly — whether activating through Teradata's own sales teams or through channel and partner networks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive demand generation activity across the region through a mix of digital programs, field events, partner marketing, and content syndication — with clear pipeline ownership and contribution targets

  • Coordinate asset and campaign delivery into ABM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Influ2, Eloqua) ensuring content is correctly structured for account-level and industry-vertical targeting

  • Work closely with regional sales leadership and SDR teams to align marketing activity to pipeline goals, and create field enablement materials, outreach templates, and call campaign assets that improve lead-to-meeting conversion

  • Enable localized campaign execution, content adaptation, and industry and partner messaging suited to Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets across the region

  • Design and execute ABM programs targeting named and cluster accounts across the region — including buying committee mapping, account-level content activation, and multi-touch digital sequences in both Spanish and Portuguese

  • Plan and manage regional field and virtual events end-to-end, including Cvent build, promotion, and post-event asset management

  • Provide social media support for local leaders and subject matter experts

  • Coordinate stakeholder input for the regional marketing calendar, weekly Sales/SDR updates, and regular regional marketing performance reviews

  • Proactively manage the regional marketing calendar and budget

  • Take a data-driven approach to analysing full-funnel performance, from lead generation through to pipeline and closed business, diagnosing where conversion drops and adjusting programs accordingly

  • Support channel and partner marketing activity, including co-branded campaigns and MDF utilization in indirect sales markets

  • Support field marketing and demand generation activity in the USA and Canada alongside the North America team, as a secondary focus to the LATAM region

  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with LATAM go-to-market teams, regional sales leadership, channel partners, North America marketing and sales colleagues for the USA and Canada, and local and global marketing colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across channels.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field marketing, demand generation, or ABM

  • Regional marketing experience across Latin America, with an understanding of the diversity of the region's markets

  • Experience in B2B enterprise software, data, analytics, or AI

  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing field and virtual events

  • Understanding of both direct and indirect (channel/partner) sales environments

  • Data-driven and analytical mindset, comfortable diagnosing full-funnel marketing performance and turning insights into action

  • Proficient in Salesforce, including campaign and pipeline reporting, and using CRM data to measure and improve funnel conversion

  • Proactive, self-motivated, innovative, and collaborative mindset

  • Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written) required. Additional Portuguese language skills preferred.

What You'll Bring
  • Proven track record of building and executing ABM programs for enterprise sales teams — including named account targeting, buying committee engagement, and account-level content strategies

  • Hands-on demand generation experience: nurture cadences, intent data, content syndication, and digital campaign execution

  • Experience working within or alongside indirect sales channels, including partner co-marketing and MDF management

  • Familiarity with ABM and marketing automation platforms (Influ2, Eloqua, or equivalents)

  • Experience building integrated marketing plans for a high-tech company; data, analytics, and AI background a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across functions, in English, Spanish, and Portuguese

  • Strong execution and project management skills with close attention to detail

  • Experience managing in-person and virtual events across multiple markets

  • Understanding of direct and indirect sales environments
