Pathward, N.A. is seeking a seasoned Relationship Management Leader to oversee a team serving financial institutions nationwide. You will develop retention strategies, grow client relationships, and partner with product, success, and marketing teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of people management, and strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Hybrid work model with onsite offices nationwide; salary range provided and incentive opportunities.

• Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience and success as a people manager is required
• Experience with Salesforce and other business tools like Excel and PowerBI are a plus.
• Specific experience working with banks and credit unions or with prepaid cards is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of relationship managers and support team individual contributors, including hiring, training, assigning and directing work, establishing and managing KPI’s and objectives, and evaluating performance aligned with Pathward’s strategic initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling, recordkeeping, and workflow considerations of business initiatives such as seasonal campaigns, engagement surveys, and strategic planning.
• Provide coaching, support and staff development.
• Accurately forecast future sales and retention opportunities, through pipeline and analytics reporting
• Regularly report to senior management on progress toward sales and retention goals.
• On occasion, serve as a business representative at industry events, conferences, workshops, social media campaigns, trade shows and expositions to retain and attract new clients and Sales Agents.
• Negotiate contracts in line with Legal direction and in the best interest of Pathward.
• Partner with product management, Client Success, business development, marketing and relevant stakeholders to innovate and improve product offerings, technology and services based on aggregated issues, suggestions and client feedback.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and facilitates resolutions on any issues or concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.

About the Role:

Salary range: $72,000 – $120,000

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
