The Manager, Facilities & S3 Systems is responsible for the business ownership, strategy, governance, performance, and continued evolution of enterprise systems supporting Sony Pictures Entertainment's Facilities, Security, Safety & Sustainability organization.
The Manager serves as the business owner for Archibus and related Facilities & S3 technology platforms, establishing the roadmap, governance, data standards, system priorities, and operating processes required to ensure these platforms reliably support business operations.
This role combines systems leadership, facilities technology expertise, data governance, operational process improvement, and cross-functional program management.
The Manager will partner across Facilities & S3, IT, data and analytics teams, Procurement, business stakeholders, and external technology partners to ensure systems are stable, integrated, scalable, and aligned with long-term operational needs.
The Manager is expected to move the organization beyond reactive system support toward proactive platform management, automation, reliable data, and continuous improvement.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $101,700-$127,100.
This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits.
