Manager Facilities Portfolio-HCS Offsite Facilities Management

Summary: The Facilities Portfolio Manager oversees and directs facility-related services for an assigned portfolio of business and ambulatory occupancies. Responsibilities include maintaining facilities, grounds, and associated locations to ensure they are properly maintained, sanitary, safe, and compliant with regulatory standards related to Environment of Care and administrative guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure properties comply with all regulatory requirements and maintain necessary documentation under local, state, federal, and insurance guidelines. Serve as liaison with authorities.
  • Coordinate work with Maintenance and Operations teams, supervise outside contractors and technicians, and monitor quality of work.
  • Maintain good relationships with tenants to identify problems, offer solutions, and participate in repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
  • Gather and analyze financial data, prepare and monitor departmental budgets, and assist with capital budget development. Approve requisitions for supplies, equipment, and capital items.
  • Manage work order systems and provide timely reports on work order status to departments and administration.

Other Information:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: Four (4) years of progressive experience in operations, facilities, management, or customer service, especially for those with an associate’s degree.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, high attention to detail.
