Job summary

Providence Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center in Mission Viejo, CA seeks a Facilities Manager reporting to the Director of Facilities. You will supervise Engineering and Maintenance staff, coordinate activities to maintain and repair buildings, equipment, and utilities, and oversee the preventative maintenance program to maximize life and dependability of systems.

Description

Reports to Director of Facilities and is responsible for supervising both Engineering and Maintenance staff. Coordinates the activity necessary for maintaining and repairing all buildings, equipment, and utility systems. Involved in all construction and remodel projects to ensure integrity of all the systems within the hospital. Maintains and oversees the preventative maintenance program to ensure that all equipment is satisfactorily maintained in order to maximize its life and dependability, as well as ensuring complete and accurate records. Assumes responsibility of Director in his absence.
