Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Crossett, Arkansas is seeking a Maintenance Manager to direct the strategic and tactical operations of maintenance for the entire plant. The role requires managing equipment reliability, overseeing maintenance budgets, and implementing strategies to optimize production efficiency. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology, along with 10–12 years of maintenance experience, including 5 in a management role.   • Manage maintenance budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations for capital project planning and equipment upgrades.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ISO standards.
  • Develop and mentor supervisors and technical staff to ensure skill development and succession planning.
  • Serve as the maintenance subject matter expert for audits and inspections.

Job description

The Maintenance Manager directs the strategic and tactical operations of the maintenance function for the entire plant. This position ensures equipment reliability, oversees preventive and predictive programs, manages maintenance budgets, and aligns maintenance strategies with overall production goals. The Maintenance Manager acts as the primary liaison between maintenance, engineering, and operations to drive uptime, efficiency, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities
