About the Role

The Experience Manager will focus on customer engagement with content across our app, playing a key role within the Audience Engagement team. Responsibilities include optimizing touchpoints for engagement, strategic planning, merchandising, experimentation, research-led optimization, and removing friction points.

This role involves leading the Planning, Testing, and Display streams, working closely with the Programming and Enablement teams to optimize content plans, tests, and customer journeys. Collaboration with other teams like Product, Design, and Trading is essential to enhance customer interactions with content, aiming to become the leading online sports and gaming operator in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Planning

  • Streamline content planning processes for efficiency, clarity, and strategic alignment.
  • Enhance planning for new features, including timelines, deliverables, and integration into existing content cycles.

Testing

  • Guide the Experience team in creating and executing A/B testing roadmaps with clear hypotheses and KPIs.
  • Improve testing workflows for rapid iteration and analysis.

Display

  • Manage page layouts, market displays, and navigation for consistency and engagement.
  • Implement measurement methods for display refinements and customer impact.

General

  • Lead and develop the Programming Strategists team.
  • Ensure seamless content delivery and cross-team alignment.
  • Establish relationships with BI and other teams to optimize content strategies based on customer feedback and data insights.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in content operations, strategy, or engagement, with leadership experience.
  • Experience with CMS, data analysis, A/B testing, and customer segmentation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of sports betting, gaming, or related industries is a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • Experience with gaming websites/apps, strong interpersonal skills, innovative mindset, and passion for the industry.

The salary range is $109,000 to $145,000, plus performance bonuses, with factors like location and experience influencing the starting pay.
