$84,100.00/yr - $143,100.00/yr

Job Overview

Position Schedule: Full-Time

This job posting is anticipated to remain open for 30 days, from 26-Jun-2025. The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants.

Maintain a safe and secure environment by assisting in the development and implementation of the firm's security plan, to include:

  • Actively participates in self-development.
  • Lead part of the branch security program; conduct investigations, document reported crimes & incidents, provide consulting services to protect the branch and home offices, recover assets and act as liaison with local, state and federal law enforcement.
  • Act as a Global Security Services representative to the firm's Workplace Violence Risk Assessment & Mitigation team; develop risk reduction strategies and actively lead emergency responses to incidents.
  • Provide expertise in security related matters at all levels of the firm.
  • Expense management, including; contracted services and capital expenditures.
  • Oversight of vendor contract relationships; development of standards, objectives and performance measurement.
  • Preparation of dashboards and reports for trending and analysis of data to keep the organization formed, improve performance and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Authorized to carry a handgun to safeguard persons on Edward Jones premises from workplace violence.

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program.
