Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue Llc is seeking a Manager of Events & Experiences to drive personalized customer experiences and manage in-store events from planning through budgeting and vendor liaison.

The role requires 3–5 years of event experience, strong retail math, and proven leadership. Travel is required, with exposure to both US and Canada events and a luxury brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between store-based Area Marketing Directors and Vendors/Merchants in the planning and execution of In-Store Events/Experiences.
• Becomes a voice of innovation and creativity in our approach with in-store events and experiences.
• Oversee and administer the tactical process of aligning merchant/vendor event requests with specific store strategies and needs.
• Own budgeting, funding approvals, expense forecasting, and ROI tracking for Store Marketing and Charity Budgets.
• Uphold, Enhance, and Audit the Saks Brand Standards in all that we do.
• Partner with the Saks Limitless Team as needed on high-level Top Customer travel, events, experiences.
• Attend and support highest level events in the US and Canada as necessary.
• Manage the event concepting and planning process as well as client acquisition and retention efforts with the AMDs through strategic event marketing for all Saks full-line stores.
• Liaise with merchant team, vendor community and local store marketing team on creative development and execution of successful events.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Salary Range $85,808 - $107,260* Job Description: What This Position is All About Under the direction of the Director, Events & Experiences, this role will support the company strategy by driving business through personalized customer experiences and events from a planning, budgeting, and corporate liaison perspective.
