Your Team, Your Impact
Marvell's Ethics & Compliance Team is looking for a Training, Communications and Policy Program Manager to support Marvell's expanding compliance program. In this role, you will help Marvell build and scale its compliance program to meet regulatory requirements, translate Marvell's compliance strategy into actionable processes, and implement policies, procedures, and governance to continue to drive a culture of compliance and integrity across our company. You will manage operational and technical projects and workstreams, design mechanisms that meet regulatory requirements, and identify process improvements that mitigate compliance-related risks. You will have an opportunity to work with global stakeholders such as IT, Cybersecurity, AI, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Sales, and business teams. You will work on emerging issues, such implementing AI into compliance procedures.What You Can Expect
What We're Looking For
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
109,650 - 164,300, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
