What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business and digital teams to understand requirements and guide effective ERP system utilization
- Design and implement solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA to enhance Plan to Deliver processes
- Support the creation of innovative solutions aligned with digital strategies and business aspirations
- Assist in data mapping activities and testing alongside data and process teams
- Document common solutions, including configuration documents and process flows

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years' experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of Plan to Deliver business processes and technical system knowledge in relevant areas
- Strong knowledge of Aftermarket/MRO processes and experience with Sales & Distribution, Customer Service work streams
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems, including configuration and data management
- Current U.S. citizenship required for access to necessary systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Plant Maintenance and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning
- Familiarity with Logistics, Inventory/Warehouse Management, and Quality Management
- Background in large, complex Aerospace and Defense enterprise projects
- Experience with agile frameworks and iterative approaches to software development
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
