Northrop Grumman's Corporate organization is seeking a skilled and dynamic ServiceNow Operations and Strategic Projects Manager. This role involves overseeing a team of 10-15 ServiceNow developers and business process consultants. The manager will be responsible for resource management and forecasting for approximately 40 individuals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management operating within an Agile SAFe framework.
This is a remote/virtual position. The work location can change, based upon business conditions.
Salary Range: $142,200 - $213,400
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
