The Role

As the Manager of Enterprise Testing, you will be at the helm of our quality assurance efforts across digital and enterprise systems. This role is crucial in ensuring that all new developments—from PLM platforms to ERP systems—meet the highest standards of functionality, performance, and customer experience. You will define and execute a comprehensive testing strategy, set clear goals, measure outcomes, and drive collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams. Your Impact
  • Develop and lead the enterprise testing strategy: Oversee digital commerce, supply chain, finance, and retail systems, setting clear, measurable goals for testing teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with program managers, developers, business analysts, and third parties to define test requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Oversee test planning and execution: Manage initiatives spanning Product creation to delivery, Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Record-to-Report (RTC) processes.
  • Champion automated testing frameworks: Promote the use of tools to accelerate delivery and reduce manual effort.
  • Lead and mentor your team: Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement among diverse business and digital stakeholders.
  • Establish and track KPIs: Monitor test effectiveness, defect trends, and release readiness.
  • Ensure compliance: Adhere to industry standards and internal governance policies.
  • Drive test governance: Implement risk-based testing practices across all business units.
Who You Are
  • Education/Certifications:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
    • ISTQB or equivalent certification
  • Work Experience:
    • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
    • Managing testing for omnichannel and B2B retail experiences
  • Skills/Competencies:
    • Proven experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods industries
    • Strong understanding of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, POS, CRM, WMS, PLM) and retail business processes
    • Expertise in test automation, performance testing, and CI/CD pipelines
    • Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Tosca, or similar
    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
    • Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
