What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage payroll processing for approximately 6,500 employees in the US and Canada
- Lead the optimization of end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Conduct regular payroll audits and maintain internal controls to minimize risks

What is Required (Qualifications):
