Job summary

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Manager – Enterprise Data Platforms & Reporting to lead the transformation of our data and analytics ecosystem from on-prem EDW to a cloud-based platform using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

You will oversee Data Engineering and BI teams, drive the EDW migration, develop complex Epic-based reporting for clinical, access, and revenue operations, and enable self-service analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, BI, or analytics.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience managing BI/reporting and data engineering teams.
• Strong healthcare experience, including Epic EHR reporting ecosystem.
• Proven experience delivering complex reports and analytics supporting clinical, access, and revenue operations.
• Experience with cloud data platform transformation initiatives.

The Manager – Enterprise Data Platforms & Reporting leads the transformation of the organization’s data and analytics ecosystem from an on-premises Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to a modern cloud-based platform.
