Job Summary

As a Manager, Enterprise Change & Communications, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering strategic communications to support transformational change aligned with CDW’s business priorities. You will work closely with the Director, Enterprise Transformation Change & Communications, and various teams to ensure the organization achieves its transformation objectives. This role involves building strategic change communication plans, developing best practices, and scaling impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute on the Change Management roadmap to support strategic initiatives, including impact assessment, training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Implement practical and standardized change management practices using CDW’s tools and approaches to promote efficiency.

Governance, Planning, Analytics, Reporting

  • Establish intake processes for project scoping within the Enterprise Change Office.
  • Scale and communicate change management methods, tools, and templates across the organization.
  • Create dashboards for reporting change project metrics to leadership.
  • Visualize data related to adoption and proficiency.
  • Support reporting of change outcomes and metrics to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Impacts

  • Assess change success and adoption quantitatively, gathering feedback to improve activities.
  • Conduct impact and stakeholder analyses for change initiatives.
  • Host meetings with stakeholders to manage information and update presentations.

Communications

  • Host monthly change meetings, set agendas, and prepare materials.
  • Develop change communication plans in collaboration with leaders to achieve business outcomes.
  • Create multi-channel communications to help coworkers understand company strategy and their roles.
  • Simplify complex concepts into clear, relevant information for all organizational levels.
  • Partner with HR, Marketing, and other teams to leverage various communication channels.
  • Coach leaders on their communication approaches.
  • Build stakeholder management plans for targeted messaging.

Training

  • Develop persona-based instructor-led training materials, including screenshots and system demonstrations.
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and refreshers aligned with system releases.
  • Coordinate system demonstrations with SMEs and change networks.

What We Expect Of You

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in change management, communications, consulting, or strategy.
  • Experience with governance, planning, analytics, data visualization, reporting, stakeholder management, and impact assessment.
  • Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, Salesforce CRM, Power BI, and familiarity with GenAI tools is a plus.
  • Experience in the technology industry is also a plus.

Pay range: $103,000 - $154,200 depending on experience and skill set. Annual bonus target of 10%. Benefits info at https://cdw.benefit-info.com/. Salary may vary by location.
