Job summary

Savista, LLC is seeking an experienced IT leader to own and optimize Workday HCM & Financials, Salesforce, Freshworks, and related enterprise applications in Alpharetta, GA. You will drive platform roadmaps, coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing and vendors, and ensure seamless integrations, governance, and compliance across the application portfolio.

You will lead a four-member team, manage vendor relationships, and advocate best practices in data architecture, security, and incident response

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise applications (Workday, Salesforce, Freshworks, or similar platforms).
• Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms (Evisort, DocuSign, or similar) preferred.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with HR, Finance, Commercial, and Marketing teams.
• Familiarity with data architecture, system integration concepts, and API-based application connections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
• Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Workday HCM and Financials configuration, including integration with other enterprise apps.
• Maintain Prism data ingestion from Salesforce and third-party sources for headcount planning and reporting.
• Drive platform initiatives, build roadmaps based on stakeholder input, and govern vendor relationships.
• Oversee Salesforce DevOps, integrations, and release management; manage Copado and related tools.
• Administer Freshworks ITSM, optimize the ticketing platform, and supervise vendor relationships.
