Job summary

Savant is seeking a Manager, BI Delivery to lead analytics, reporting, and dashboards that enable informed decisions across the firm. You will translate business questions into actionable insights and guide a team in partnership with product, technology, and business stakeholders.

You will oversee BI outputs, establish data governance, and collaborate with offshore resources to deliver trusted insights reliably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in BI, analytics, or reporting with leadership experience.
• Experience with Tableau/Power BI and building complex dashboards.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality and privacy standards.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business questions into clear, accurate, actionable insights and who can lead a team while partnering closely with technical, product, and business stakeholders.This is not a platform development role. Instead, this leader will serve as the business intelligence subject matter expert and business representative for platform requirements, working closely with the Chief Product Officer organization as the platform continues to evolve. We take a market-based approach to compensation. The expected base salary range for this role is $115,000-170,000. Actual compensation is determined on an individual basis and considers factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and market conditions.
