About The Role

As a Manager, Enterprise Accounts, you'll own the day-to-day success and growth of Esquire’s largest enterprise relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with Field Sales, Client Executives, and Decision Executive Advocates (DEAs) to expand revenue across staff counsel and panel firms, manage client expectations, and deliver reporting and strategic insights that support client and business goals. This is a client-facing, revenue-driving role where sales acumen meets relationship excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage enterprise revenue, with a focus on staff counsel support and scheduling
  • Identify and act on expansion opportunities across corporate and panel counsel networks
  • Coordinate ad hoc service needs and reporting for corporate clients
  • Drive pipeline growth and lead outreach efforts with qualified prospects
  • Guide clients through Esquire’s value propositions and technology solutions (ECN, Remote Reporter, etc.)
  • Build strategic plans to grow revenue in underperforming enterprise accounts
  • Maintain a strong book of business and track activities in Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, revenue targets, and performance metrics
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless client experience and satisfaction
  • Represent Esquire’s values and commitment to service excellence in every interaction

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills; strong client relationship and consultative selling abilities
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, client management, or enterprise account strategy; experience with legal, staffing, or service-based industries preferred
  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce, NetSuite); comfort with demonstrating technology platforms
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Personal Attributes: Self-starter with a sales-focused mindset, problem-solver, results-driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality service
