for our Manufacturing Execution directorate to aid across various programs in Redondo Beach, CA.
This position is responsible for managing piece parts and sub-assemblies’ fabrication to all space programs. The position requires intimate knowledge of machining and fabrication needs, capabilities, processes, and spans. The position requires cross-function collaboration to support significant emergent program requests to support priority adjudication. Responsible deliveries include cost, schedule and quality commitments, tool liaison support, staffing, design input, and producibility review. Hardware support from initial concepts through development, engineering models, and flight product delivery.
The role consists of the machine shop, large-scale fabrication shop, space hardware fabrication, tooling, and walk-in quick turnaround jobs. Please note, this role will be supporting 2nd shift (3:30 pm-12 am).

Primary Level Salary Range: $121,000.00 - $181,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
