JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Lead the Engineering & Technical Services team within the Power Generation Project Management Organization (PMO). Manage a team of engineers to provide technical governance and services across a portfolio of new construction projects and expansions of existing generation sites. Work in close partnership with the Project Development Group to translate business cases and regulatory commitments into clear technical requirements, design standards, and acceptance criteria. Ensure technical needs, expected quality, and desired results are met across the full project lifecycle -from concept and front-end engineering/design (FEED) through detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover. Support project managers throughout execution and commissioning; champion the formal modification and change-control processes to protect scope, cost, schedule, safety, reliability, and compliance.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Minimum education required of the position
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or MS) preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position:
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail and organizational discipline. Advanced knowledge of engineering science and technology applicable to power generation; familiarity with materials, methods, and tools used in engineering and construction operations. Proficiency with Stage-Gate governance and lifecycle practices from design constructability through commissioning/start-up; adept at risk management, safe work practices, and compliance with policies and procedures.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
