Manager Electric Transmission Development

Qualifications Include
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, engineering, or related experience
  • Demonstrated progressive business acumen skills
  • Strong computer, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Experience in electric transmission business or project development
  • Ability to deliver on strategic objectives and tariff or proforma requirements
  • Knowledge of FERC regulatory provisions and requirements
  • Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and manage conflicting schedules
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
  • Physical, perceptual, and mental abilities to perform job duties
  • Ability to work in office and field environments, exposure to hazards and weather
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% with possible extended overnight stays
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to pass employment physical, drug test, and background check
Duties Include

Full-time, with salary range $108,400 - $176,400 annually, including benefits such as 401K, healthcare, HSA, FSA, life insurance, paid time off, and holidays. The position remains open until filled.
