Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Manager, EDT Data Adoption in the United States to drive adoption of the Enterprise Data products and analytics capabilities. You will design enablement, training, and change management programs to improve engagement and value realization across the enterprise.

You will partner with strategy, product, marketing, and business teams, build user communities, and measure adoption to inform roadmaps and enhance the user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in data and analytics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in adoption, enablement, training, change management, or customer success.
• Experience designing and delivering enablement and adoption programs.
• Experience measuring adoption, usage, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute adoption, enablement, and change management programs for data products and platforms.
• Develop training, onboarding, documentation, and self-service enablement materials for data communities.
• Define and track adoption metrics, usage analytics, engagement, and value realization.
• Identify adoption barriers and design interventions that improve uptake and effective use.
• Partner with strategy, marketing, product, and business teams to align adoption programs with priorities.
• Facilitate user communities, champion networks, office hours, and feedback loops.
• Support platform and data migration transitions through change management and enablement.
• Gather user feedback and insights to inform roadmaps and improve the user experience.
• Ensure adoption programs align with enterprise governance and standards.

As a Manager, EDT Data Adoption, you will drive the adoption and effective use of the Enterprise Data organization's products, platforms, and analytics capabilities. You will design enablement, training, and change management programs, measure adoption, and partner with strategy, product, marketing, and business teams to improve engagement and value realization across the enterprise.

What you will do

Technical Responsibilities

• Design and execute adoption, enablement, and change management programs for data products and platforms.
• Develop training, onboarding, documentation, and self-service enablement materials for data communities.
• Define and track adoption metrics, usage analytics, engagement, and value realization.
• Identify adoption barriers and design interventions that improve uptake and effective use.
• Partner with strategy, marketing, product, and business teams to align adoption programs with priorities.

• Incorporate user needs and feedback into adoption programs and enablement materials.

What You Need

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in adoption, enablement, training, or change management for data or technology products.
• Experience with change management frameworks, such as Prosci or ADKAR, adoption analytics, or self-service enablement.
• Change management, training, or adoption certification.

• US5: $142,400 - $237,200 USD Annual
• US10: $149,200 - $248,500 USD Annual
• US15: $155,900 - $259,800 USD Annual
• US20: $162,700 - $271,100 USD Annual
• US30: $176,300 - $293,700 USD Annual
