Job summary

Stryker in Mahwah, NJ seeks a Manager, EDT Data Adoption to lead adoption and enablement of enterprise data products and platforms. You will design training, create self-service materials, track adoption metrics, and partner with strategy, product, and business teams to maximize value realization.

You will build relationships across tech and business units, tailor communication to different audiences, and drive change management practices to sustain adoption in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Communications, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in data and analytics.
• Minimum 5 years in adoption, enablement, training, change management, or customer success.
• Experience designing and delivering enablement and adoption programs.
• Experience measuring adoption, usage, and value realization.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, EDT Data Adoption, you will drive the adoption and effective use of the Enterprise Data organization's products, platforms, and analytics capabilities. You will design enablement, training, and change management programs, measure adoption, and partner with strategy, product, marketing, and business teams to improve engagement and value realization across the enterprise.

Technical Responsibilities

• Design and execute adoption, enablement, and change management programs for data products and platforms.

What You Need

• Experience designing and delivering enablement and adoption programs.
• Experience measuring adoption, usage, and value realization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in adoption, enablement, training, or change management for data or technology products.
• Experience with change management frameworks, such as Prosci or ADKAR, adoption analytics, or self-service enablement.
• Change management, training, or adoption certification.
