A leading global food company is seeking a Manager, Advanced Analytics to lead business insights initiatives. This role will provide critical insights to cross-functional teams and drive analytics-based decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analytics, technical proficiency in SQL, R, and Python, and experience with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau. The Manager, Advanced Analytics role will lead business analytics and insights initiatives and will be responsible for providing cross-functional teams with end-to-end business-critical insights and overall support to drive the business. This role will also act as a thought leader in developing new capabilities and solutions to solve key business challenges.

New Hire Base Salary Range: $102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
