Ben Bridge Jeweler, Inc. seeks a Manager of E-Commerce Planning and Operations in Seattle to drive sales planning, data integrity, inventory visibility, and order fulfillment for the digital channel.

You will partner with Merchandising, Planning, Finance, DC, Store Ops, Customer Care and IT to optimize performance, forecast accuracy, and customer experience. Hybrid role with strong emphasis on analytics and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related area.
• Five+ years in E-Commerce, merchandising planning, digital operations, or related field.
• Experience leading or managing others preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and formulas); Tableau or BI tools preferred.
• Working knowledge of E-Commerce product setup, inventory, order management, and fulfillment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual E-Commerce sales and demand planning, including category-level plans and in-season forecasts.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor E-Commerce sales, demand, inventory, and performance.
• Analyze inventory and assortment with Merchandising; identify trends and gaps.
• Translate data into actionable insights for E-Commerce leadership and partners.
• Own and improve the product data setup process for the website.
• Define and maintain product data and attributes to support the E-Commerce experience.
• Identify and implement process improvements across E-Commerce operations.
• Partner with Finance and Procurement to manage the E-Commerce expense budget.
• Represent E-Commerce in fulfillment processes to support the digital customer experience.
• Monitor order and fulfillment performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Distribution Center, Store Ops, Customer Care, IT, and Merchandising to improve fulfillment.

Ben Bridge Jeweler is seeking a Manager of E-Commerce Planning and Operations to join our team.

Job Summary:

This position supports the financial and operational performance of the Ben Bridge E-Commerce business, with responsibility for sales and demand planning, product setup and data integrity, inventory visibility, and order fulfillment operations. The position partners with Merchandising, Planning, Finance, the Distribution Center, Store Operations, Customer Care, and Information Technology to ensure products are accurately structured for the digital channel and orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively. This position uses business and operational performance data to identify risks and opportunities, improve forecasting and inventory availability, drive fulfillment and process efficiencies, and build the operational foundation needed to support future E-Commerce growth and an improved customer experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Support annual E-Commerce sales and demand planning, including category-level plans, in-season forecasts, and identification of risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to monitor E-Commerce sales, demand, inventory, and category and product performance.
• Partner with Merchandising and Planning to analyze inventory and assortment performance, identify trends and gaps, and recommend opportunities to improve E-Commerce results.
• Translate business performance and operational data into actionable insights and recommendations for E-Commerce leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Own and continuously improve the operational product setup process for the website, including new product setup, activations, deactivations, and out-of-stock products.
• Partner with Merchandising and other cross-functional teams to define and maintain the product data and attributes needed to support the E-Commerce experience.
• Identify and implement process improvements across E-Commerce operations, developing clear and efficient ways of working that can scale with the business.
• Partner with Finance and Procurement to manage and track the E-Commerce expense budget.
• Represent the E-Commerce business in fulfillment processes and initiatives, ensuring operational decisions support the needs of the digital customer and overall E-Commerce experience.
• Monitor E-Commerce order and fulfillment performance to identify trends, issues, and opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Partner with the Distribution Center, Store Operations, Customer Care, Information Technology, Merchandising, and other teams to identify and implement improvements to E-Commerce fulfillment processes.
• Support the evolution of E-Commerce fulfillment capabilities by identifying business needs and opportunities that improve the customer experience and support future growth.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not currently have any direct reports. If the role expands to include direct reports, responsibilities will include directing and monitoring the work progress of direct reports, providing coaching and guidance, setting expectations and annual goals, and holding required quarterly check-in meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related area is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of experience in E-Commerce, merchandise planning, digital operations, fulfillment, or a related field is required.
• Previous experience leading or managing others is preferred.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas, are required. Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence and reporting tools is preferred.
• Working knowledge of E-Commerce product setup, product data, inventory, order management, and fulfillment processes is preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work to completion.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and influence cross-functional partners.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, remain flexible, and adapt to shifting priorities and business needs.
• Hybrid schedule with predictable onsite attendance required three or more days per week to perform essential functions involving interactive behaviors with co-workers, managers, and internal and external partners.

Range: $100,000 - $115,000 per year

Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
