What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- 4 years of experience interpreting and designing data flows to support business processes
- Proficiency in Json, SQL, PBI, Python, Tableau, and integration technologies
- Experience serving in a team lead or project management role on multiple data analytics projects
- Strong analytical skills and ability to reconcile conflicting information

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with integration formats including XML, HL7, or CDA
- Familiarity with ETL processes and message services
- Proven track record of leading successful data analytics projects
