The Manager, Digital Strategy (Brand Portfolio) will be responsible for the digital performance and strategy for a specific brand portfolio(s) at Hyatt (i.e. Luxury, Lifestyle, Classics, Essentials, or Inclusive Collection) and be a part of the Global Digital Strategy & Go-to-Market team. The Manager will support commercial performance with emphasis on growth (room nights, revenue) of direct digital channels (Hyatt.com and App), create documentation and training materials, field communications, collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Analytics, Digital Content, Marketing, Revenue, Loyalty and other departments; develop strategy playbooks and educational presentations/webinars on best practices for hotels in the assigned portfolio. This role will create analytics dashboards to monitor KPIs, analyze impact, provide performance reports/updates, and develop actionable solutions to empower stakeholders with digital adoption. The Manager will regularly collaborate with internal and external stakeholder groups including various commercial functions, operations leadership, hotel owners and third-party operators.

  • Engage with key brand portfolio stakeholders to understand digital needs, provide internal feedback on portfolio needs, and maintain strong relationships to drive digital adoption and growth across assigned portfolio(s).
  • Partner with core departments within the global Digital team (media, content, analytics, product, etc.) to develop strategies and execute initiatives aimed at improving direct channel performance (room nights and revenue) within the portfolio.
  • Create field-facing presentations and lead in-person meetings and/or webinars to share updates and best practices with hotels.
  • Develop analytics dashboards and performance reports to monitor portfolio performance and routinely report wins and opportunities.
  • Become an expert in Hyatt’s owned digital tools and platforms; assist with enablement through training documentation and product feedback.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.
  • Travel up to 20% nationally as required.
Qualifications

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years in commercial performance strategy related roles (field marketing, analytics, content strategy, paid media, eCommerce, merchandising, advertising, or digital operations); prior hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and how paid, earned, and owned channels drive guest preference, bookings, revenue, and loyalty.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience and comfort working with corporate/above-property and hotel-level colleagues.
  • Knowledge of content management systems, digital asset management systems, and personalization strategies.
  • Knowledge of key digital marketing channels including paid search, SEO, metasearch, display advertising and social media.
  • Knowledge of the consumer booking journey, travel trends, segmentation, and loyalty programs.
  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and related technologies; general understanding of emerging tech.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive ownership and timely completion of complex tasks.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaborative mindset; strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred
  • Public speaking and experience leading conversations with internal and external audiences
  • Experience using web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $125,000. This position is eligible for incentive awards and an annual bonus. The final pay rate will depend on experience and location, and will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
