We deliver insights-driven public relations campaigns, policy programs, and initiatives that advance health and wellbeing around the world.

The Digital Manager plays a critical role in developing and executing digital and omnichannel strategies across client engagements, and serves as the daily client contact on digital team programs. You will work with senior team members to support client goals, managing projects such as multichannel campaigns, omnichannel change management strategies, webinar series, web or microsite development, and email campaigns. You are responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, tracking budgets, and managing daily project work. You are experienced in digital and omnichannel platforms and systems, managing client calls, driving project timelines, and resolving client asks.

This is a remote opportunity reporting into a Senior Vice President, Digital Strategy.

You Will
Client Partnerships
  • Lead updates on client calls and communicate effectively to understand client goals, challenges, and needs
  • Drive deliverables forward and manage expectations with clients
  • Collaborate with senior digital team members to develop strategies and ensure alignment across all touchpoints
  • Track and support project budgets, ensuring projects stay within scope and on track
  • Coordinate daily client activities and deliverables with ownership over program management and outcomes
  • Provide strategic input on omnichannel and digital strategies
  • Ensure digital programs are compliant with relevant guidelines and legislation, e.g., FDA, ABPI, GDPR, etc.
  • Leverage AI-powered analytics and automation tools to refine content personalization, optimize digital campaign performance, and improve audience engagement strategies
  • Partner with Insights & Analytics to implement predictive AI models for campaign performance measurement and optimization
Leadership and Teamwork
  • Support strategic internal plans, including driving organic growth, innovation, and capability building
  • Lead on internal team presentations such as town halls or quarterly meetings
  • Support and mentor junior team members, offering guidance on projects and contributing to their professional development
  • Take the lead on certain aspects of internal team projects, encouraging a collaborative, innovative and positive work environment that inspires the team forward
  • Encourage feedback and engage with team members to improve the quality and effect of insights and analytics deliverables
  • Display an ongoing willingness to gain knowledge and contribute to the team
Effective Communication
  • Bring an ability to create presentations and present client deliverables that define a clear path for successful client programs and campaigns
  • Use feedback from managers and team members to improve communications and strategies
  • Develop and communicate clear recommendations, ensuring consistency across omnichannel touchpoints (web, social, email, and search)
  • Participate in client meetings, offering valuable insights and leading conversations to build trust and establish authority
Business Development
  • Participate in new business brainstorming sessions and contribute to digital proposals, presentations, and RFPs
  • Support the agency in evolving its digital and omnichannel capabilities by providing guidance on best practices, emerging trends, and new tools
  • Identify opportunities for new business growth within existing client relationships by offering solutions that meet client needs
You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, strategy, business, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years' communications or or related omnichannel experience (social, digital, CRM)
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing digital projects and campaigns across multiple channels (web, social media, email, search, etc.)
  • Experience with digital tools and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Sprinklr, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, and Canva
  • Familiarity with emerging practices in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), including optimizing content for AI-driven search and answer engines
  • Experience communicating, both written and verbal, with varying audiences including clients, our teams, and external partners
  • Experience managing client relationships, presenting strategies, and executing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience managing ability timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Wordpress and automation tools like Marketo, Pardot or Eloqua
  • Understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
  • Passionate about healthcare and digital innovation, with an understanding of relevant industry regulations (e.g., FDA, GDPR, ABPI)

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
