Job description

Position Overview

As Manager Digital Communications and Content at Ralliant, you will play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent by delivering clear, compelling, and targeted communications for our 8,000 team members worldwide and our future team. You will oversee all digital communication channels, lead analytics efforts, and ensure consistent application of our brand experience and design. You are a natural storyteller with a journalistic curiosity, passionate about multimedia cross-channel storytelling, with strong attention to detail, research, and relationship-building skills.

Functional Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with team members to develop content and channel strategies, managing daily operations and leading our integrated editorial calendar.
  2. Implement strategies, optimize user experience, manage budgets, and support agency/partner collaborations across all digital channels, including intranet, websites, social platforms, asset libraries, and emerging tools.
  3. Create inspiring, clear, and concise copy; produce stories, videos, and graphics to support organizational partners.
  4. Identify and execute opportunities for high-quality storytelling that promote Ralliant’s culture and people.
  5. Work with IT and technology partners to ensure seamless channel operation and integration; develop and manage segmented distribution lists.
  6. Partner with external agencies and consultants, providing creative direction and feedback to ensure quality and timeliness of projects.
  7. Manage digital assets, including videos, images, audio files, graphics, and logos.
  8. Own measurement and reporting of communication effectiveness, including daily visual management and campaign reports.
  9. Lead application of Ralliant’s brand experience and design to templates, emails, webpages, and employer assets, ensuring brand voice and guidelines are maintained.
  10. Support organizational events with promotion and logistics, including giveaways and event coverage.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content; samples will be requested.
  • Experience managing digital communication channels.
  • Excellent project management skills with multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency with communication tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, FirstUp, and Poppulo.
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring communication effectiveness.
  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with internal communications and employee engagement.
  • Web content development experience; managing creative agencies and consultants.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skills in graphic design, layout, video editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, iMovie).
  • Experience developing presentations (PPT).
  • Understanding of user experience and brand design.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across a global organization.
  • Diplomatic problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Quick learner, proactive with new tools and technologies.
  • Creative, innovative, and passionate about enhancing employee experience.
