Job summary

The Manager of Diagnostic Transport at University Hospital will report to the Associate Director and oversee the education and onboarding program, along with diagnostic equipment maintenance. This role also manages a proportional number of diagnostic transporters with supervisory responsibilities within diagnostic transport.

The position ensures safe, efficient, patient-centered transport and equipment management across hospitals, combining frontline operational leadership with education

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business Management or Healthcare Management.
• Five years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ongoing participation in required training, compliance education, and professional development as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the education and onboarding program for diagnostic transport staff.
• Oversee diagnostic equipment maintenance and oversight.
• Manage a proportional number of diagnostic transporters and supervise within diagnostic transport.
• Drive workforce performance management to maintain high standards of service delivery and regulatory compliance.
