Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a capable manager to lead a restaurant team and ensure a world-class service experience. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff while maintaining quality standards and speed of service.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, optimizing labor and food costs, and delivering excellent guest experiences. Weekend availability and physical tasks are involved.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills are required.
• Nights and weekends shifts are common in this role.
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand long periods may be needed.
