Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Denials, Appeals, and Recovery department in Patient Financial Services. This onsite role requires accountability, sets the leadership tone, and ensures daily activities and projects align with departmental and organizational goals.
The position operates Monday through Friday in Sarasota, FL, within a system recognized as a Magnet hospital with a track record of top patient safety ratings and national recognitions.
This leader has accountability and oversight, and supervises the daily activities of the Denials, Appeals, and Recovery department. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring individual and teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental, organizational goals.
