Dallas College Foundation is seeking an experienced Manager, Database Operations & Technology to lead Raiser's Edge governance, data integrity, and reporting for fundraising initiatives.
You will partner with the Donor Services team and campus units to deliver analytics, workflows, and training, while advancing data-driven strategies and responsible AI practices across the department.
Hybrid work may be available after six months; travel to off-site locations may be required as needed.
The Development Team is the engine of the Foundation, actively engaging with prospective and current donors to propel forward the strategic vision of DC. The Manager, Database Operations & Technology will serve as a key resource to the Development Team and the Director, Donor Services in ensuring high-quality execution of all internal team functions of the Development Team, as outlined in detail in the description below. The Manager, Database Operations & Technology will report to the Director, Donor Services. Like all DCF employees, this individual is a keeper of the DCF culture of philanthropy.
Minimum and Preferred – Education, Experience, and/or Certifications Required Qualifications for Role (necessary or mandatory) Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) to five (5) years of related work experience preferred. Official transcripts are required. Must have a valid driver’s license required to travel to various off‑site locations. Work hours may extend beyond the typical eight hours, Monday‑Friday, including weekends and holidays to provide immediate support in exceptional cases.
