I'm seeking a Manager - SQL Database Development & Administration for a full-time remote position with a stable and growing company in the greater Philadelphia area. This is a great opportunity for a technical manager with people leadership experience. Interested candidates should have the following skills to be considered:

1. 7-10 years of Database administration, for both relational and non-relational database systems
2. 4+ years of team management leading database developers and DBA's
3. Extensive experience with SQL Server databases inside Azure and other Data platforms
4. Extensive experience with SQL performance tuning
5. Experience working with Software engineering teams to build database solutions that add value to service offerings
6. Understand Database best practices and procedures, recognize where improvements can be made and provide solutions for improvement
