Manager - Database Development & Administration

I'm seeking a Manager - SQL Database Development & Administration for a full-time remote position with a stable and growing company in the greater Philadelphia area. This is a great opportunity for a technical manager with people leadership experience. Interested candidates should have the following skills to be considered:

• 7-10 years of database administration experience for both relational and non-relational database systems
• 4+ years of team management leading database developers and DBAs
• Extensive experience with SQL Server databases inside Azure and other data platforms
• Extensive experience with SQL performance tuning
• Experience working with software engineering teams to build database solutions that add value to service offerings
• Understanding of database best practices and procedures, with the ability to recognize areas for improvement and provide solutions
• Responsible for SQL Server database solutions inside Azure
