Key Responsibilities

1. People Management & Leadership (40%): Lead, mentor, and develop data scientists; manage resources; foster collaboration; support algorithm and model development; celebrate team successes.
2. Project Management (25%): Prioritize and oversee projects; align with business goals; communicate progress to leadership; manage program execution.
3. Technical Exploration & Development (20%): Stay updated on data science advancements; develop reusable solutions; ensure best practices in data analysis and modeling.
4. Strategy & Business Development (15%): Identify new opportunities; build trust with stakeholders; align data science initiatives with organizational strategies.

Qualifications
