We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join and lead the team responsible for the systems that generate Garner’s national healthcare provider rankings. The ideal candidate for this role should have a high sense of ownership, be comfortable mentoring engineers of all levels, have experience with distributed systems, and be able to reliably deliver complex technical solutions. This role reports to the VP of Health Intelligence Engineering. This is a hybrid role and will require up to 3 days most weeks in Garner’s New York City office.
The target salary range for this position is: $220,000.00 - $250,000.00. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
