We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our advanced technology team. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and optimize AI models and algorithms to innovate and improve efficiency in Data Analytics and Supply Chain solutions. This role requires collaboration, a passion for technology, and a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes.

Role Responsibilities
  • Lead data modeling and engineering efforts within advanced data platform teams to achieve digital outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and co-lead/moderately complex projects.
  • Oversee development and execution of test plans, scripts, and data validation processes.
  • Design and implement Cloud Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Marts, and Data APIs.
  • Develop complex data products for PGS, ensuring reusability enterprise-wide.
  • Collaborate with contractors on technical enhancements.
  • Automate systems for building, testing, monitoring, and deploying ETL data pipelines within CI environments.
  • Analyze data with backend teams to improve quality and consistency.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models for data analytics and supply chain initiatives.
  • Stay updated on AI advancements and apply them to Pfizer projects.
  • Guide team members and stakeholders on AI initiatives.
  • Document and present methodologies and outcomes.
  • Collaborate across technical teams for implementation and delivery.
  • Handle large, complex datasets, including cleaning, preprocessing, and feature selection.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
  • Over 4 years in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Data Warehousing.
  • Over 2 years in AI, ML, and LLM development and deployment.
  • Proven success in implementing AI solutions in healthcare/pharma preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and familiarity with Java or Scala.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven tools like Apache Airflow or Prefect; ability to use GenAI or Agents for data engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data warehousing solutions like Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of ETL tools such as NiFi, Talend, Informatica.
  • Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Skills in data integration from various sources.
  • Data modeling and database design, including graph technologies.
  • Handling structured and unstructured data.
  • Knowledge of data governance, quality, and stewardship.
Additional Information

Occasional travel may be required. Hybrid work location.

Salary range: $96,300 - $160,500, plus bonus, long-term incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
