Akkodis is seeking a hands-on Manager-level Data Analytics Engineer to lead the next-generation data environment for clinical trial data output, especially from Veeva CTMS, in a hybrid onsite role in Chadds Ford, PA.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of data experience in the MS stack (Databricks, Fabric, OneLake, Power BI, Synapse) and proven vendor management, with a focus on clinical trial data, patient data, and regulatory-ready analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical data analytics, with hands-on data engineering.
• Strong experience with Azure data stack: Lakehouse, Databricks, Fabric, Synapse, OneLake.
• Proven vendor management of 10+ direct/indirect reports.
• Expert in Power BI for dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution on next-generation data environment for clinical trial data output from Veeva CTMS.
• Manage data extraction, load to data lake, and data modeling for drug development data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver FDA submission-ready data.
• Oversee a hybrid onsite role, three days weekly in Chadds Ford, PA.

Manager, Clinical Data Analytics (Clinical R&D Data Outputs, Veeva CTMS) - (3x weekly Onsite in Chadds Ford, PA from $155-$175k + 15% Bonus & $25k-40k/annum. LTI Stock + GREAT Benefits) - Biopharma R&D Org.

Our biopharmaceutical client focused on cancer research is seeking to hire a hands-on Manager-level Data Analytics Engineer to lead execution on their next-generation data environment for clinical trial data output, especially from Veeva CTMS.

They have 70 clinical trials running, with massive amounts of data extract from Veeva EDC. Looking to modernize their data environment: Azure Lakehouse, Power BI, Azure Synapse/Fabric pyspark, databricks, etc. as well as support future state for applications to consume data out of their enterprise lakehouse for FDA submission, regulatory compliance, and more. Someone who has experience data extraction, load into modern data lake, and data modelling for domain purposes in a drug development / biotech organization would be a great fit here.

They are looking for someone with experience with but not limited to the below:

• 5+ years of Data experience, especially spark in a microsoft stack (Databricks, fabric, onelake, power BI, synapse) They are truly looking for SME in the clinical trial data analytics space... especially pre-clinical laboratory R&D data output, AI or ML for clinical trials, especially dealing with patient data, unstructured data, or HCP data.
• This role would have vendor management responsibilities of 10+ direct and indirect reports both fulltime and from offshore consultancies.
• Power BI dashboarding and reporting.
