The team is responsible for establishing a culture of data driven decision making and creating business value through promoting the application of data analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and techniques across the Quality and Mission Assurance(QMA) function. They will regularly interact with key stakeholders to identify, develop, and deploy data architecture and tools that are aligned to the QMA strategic roadmap. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
