Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity leader to direct engineering and operations across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments. You will develop runbooks, drive security strategies, and ensure protection of infrastructure and performance.

The role partners with senior IT and business leaders to align security programs with enterprise strategies, while overseeing both internal teams and managed service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 6+ years in cybersecurity tools and processes.
• 3+ years of leadership in IT operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex security programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity engineering and operations for on-premises, SaaS, PaaS, cloud, storage, systems, and networks.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity runbooks and playbooks for best practices and service delivery.
• Define cybersecurity strategies and best practices to enable digital business requirements.
• Deliver cybersecurity measures protecting infrastructure, health, and performance.
• Oversee internal teams and MSPs supporting cybersecurity operations.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to align security initiatives with enterprise tech strategies.
• Support additional projects or duties as assigned.

Job description

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead cybersecurity engineering and operations for on-premises, software as a service, platform as a service, cloud infrastructure, storage, systems, and network environments.
• Lead the team in developing cybersecurity operations runbooks and playbooks that define best practices for operational excellence and ensure service delivery adheres to documented standards
• Develop cybersecurity operations strategies and best practices that enable digital business requirements
• Lead the creation and delivery of cybersecurity measures that protect infrastructure security, health, and performance
• Perform oversight of internal teams and managed service providers that support cybersecurity operations
• Partner with senior information technology and business leaders to align security initiatives and roadmaps with enterprise technology strategies
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or a related technical discipline and 6 plus years of experience implementing and operating cybersecurity tools and processes, managing on-premise or outsourced IT operations with 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 9 plus years of experience in IT infrastructure (servers/workstation), networking, or security operations and 5 plus years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated leadership across complex business and IT organizations
• Demonstrated leadership building and managing high-performing teams
• Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance for operational security support and administration

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree
• Experience leading a security operations team in multiple business unit environments
• Experience leading organizational and cultural change initiatives
• Experience supporting a global IT security environment
• Security-related experience designing/implementing/administrating Enterprise solutions
