Job summary

Sia ищет старшего менеджера для интеграции в подразделение Cybersecurity & AI Trust. Вы будете поддерживать рост, управлять проектами и работать с клиентами по всему миру, включая команду в Бельгии.

Qualifications

• Магистр в области инженерии/CS/статистики/эконометрики.
• 6–8 лет опыта в консалтинге, cybersecurity-проекты приветствуются.
• Интерес к данным и ИИ, способность быстро осваивать новые темы.

Responsibilities

Support and enhance our Operational Resilience offering

Support go-to-market for our proprietary Cyber Risk Review (C2R) SaaS which quantifies cyber risk through attack modeling based on the NIST framework

Client Delivery

Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges

Summarize and present findings to executive sponsors of projects

Collaborate with engagement team to deliver high-quality work products

Business Development:

Manage projects and relationships with flagship and key account

Lead and support business development and proposal efforts Senior Manager or Manager will be expected to advance sales efforts and lead internal corporate initiatives

Internal Initiatives:

Work with the MD of Cybersecurity to manage the team regarding internal initiatives while ensuring client deliverables are submitted on time

Provide guidance and mentoring as a Career Advocate to junior team members

Manage program sites as a repository for all project information

Требования:

• You have a Master's degree engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics.
• You have 6-8 years relevant working experience within a consultancy firm with experience in cybersecurity projects.
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Knowledge in Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, and/or Power Shell.
• Knowledge in IP Networks, Operating Systems (Unix / Linux, Windows and/or macOs), Cloud (AWS, Azure and/or GCP), Applications (Web Server, BDD, Middleware, etc) as well as Cryptography; knowledge in Blockchain would be a real plus.
• You're a fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial English & Dutch or French communication and presentation skills.
