This position offers remote work options, with weekly travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Johnston, RI for onsite meetings and training.

We are seeking a highly influential Manager, Cyber Defense – Cyber Threat Prevention Services to join our Information Security and Risk Management Team. This role involves leading a team and developing critical capabilities in Cyber Threat Prevention, including Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Protection and Response (EDR), E-Mail Protection, and Data Loss Prevention/Information Protection. The ideal candidate will have a strong cybersecurity background, experience leading large initiatives, and expertise in cybersecurity architectures and strategic planning.

As a Manager, Cyber Defense at FM, you will have the opportunity to shape our analytics solutions and make a significant impact on our business.

Qualifications include:

• 5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in cybersecurity.
• Leadership experience managing cybersecurity teams and initiatives.
• Proven success delivering cybersecurity solutions in large organizations.
• Knowledge of EDR tools, adversary tactics, email security protocols, and Data Loss Prevention strategies.
• Experience with vulnerability management programs.
• Effective project management skills.

Education:
