The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Manager, PI Auto Experience Management to bridge the PI Experience team with Auto product partners. You will translate customer insights into actionable recommendations and align with product goals to improve the customer experience.

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

The PI Experience Management team partners with product and across the organization to turn customer insight into measurable improvements to the customer experience.
In this role as a Manager, PI Auto Experience Management, you will be the day-to-day point of contact between our PI Experience Management team and Auto product partners. You will bring the voice of the customer into product decisions by analyzing research, feedback and performance data, and translating it into clear recommendations that move Product and Experience Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) forward together.
You will apply human-centered design principles to shape Auto product experiences, working closely with Experience Design, Research, Marketing, Operations and Analytics to gather the right information and turn it into action. You will be responsible for building strong partner relationships, driving the work forward, and connecting insight to implementation across teams.
