Job summary

TPI Composites seeks an experienced Corporate Manager, CRMHE, to lead crane, rigging and material handling across multiple factories and storage yards. You will shape enterprise CRMHE strategy, standards and governance, and own critical lift programs with an emphasis on safety, reliability and performance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in CRMHE with 5+ years in leadership, plus strong experience in OSHA, ASME B30 and ISO-like standards, training program development, and

• Multi-site industrial experience preferred for enterprise CRMHE.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise CRMHE strategy and standards.

• Standardize training and certification for operators, riggers, spotters and maintainers.
• Oversee inspections, maintenance standards and reliability programs.
• Establish critical lift governance and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Manager, CRMHE

Strategic leadership; program ownership and governance; operations leadership across four factories and storage yard; leadership of Master Rigger and CRMHE Operations Supervisors; training, qualification and certification programs; inspection, maintenance and reliability standards; lift planning and risk management; compliance and audits; cross-functional collaboration with EHS, Operations and Engineering.

A highly experienced operational leader and technical expert with deep expertise in crane operations, rigging, lifting and material handling, capable of building and leading an enterprise CRMHE organization.

Education and Experience

Required: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years progressive CRMHE experience with 5+ years leadership.

Preferred: MBA or advanced degree; multi-site industrial experience; curriculum and certification development.
