Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Transportation Operations Leader to manage inbound and outbound transportation, including planning, sourcing, negotiation, and carrier management. You will collaborate with Plant Shipping Operations and Order Management to optimize service and cost, with regular travel and a Monday–Friday schedule.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years in transportation/logistics, and leadership experience.
The primary purpose of this position is to lead Carlisle-managed inbound and outbound transportation operations which includes transportation planning, sourcing, negotiation, carrier management and training. This role requires extensive collaboration with Plant Shipping Operations and Order Management. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of CCM’s brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.

The position operates on a standard schedule from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Approximately 10-15% travel time required for this position.
The position typically operates during standard business hours of Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm), with occasional flexibility required to accommodate meetings across time zones or critical business needs. The employee is expected to comply with all company policies related to data security, confidentiality, and remote work standards.
Periodic travel may be required for team meetings, training, or company events, with advance notice provided. The company will reimburse travel expenses in accordance with its travel and expense policy.
